TECHNICAL NOTE

Aqueous based pigment inks for digital textile printing, using with piezo drop on demand technology. Our DPP-ink Series is suitable for water-based wide format inkjet printers. It is for printing directly onto the 100% Cotton, Cotton + Polyester Blended, Silk and other textile fibers.

• PRINTERS: Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland or other wide format printers of Piezo Electric Drop On Demand Technology, those are suitable to print fabric. Or, Piezo Electric Drop On Demand flat-bed printers to print T-shirts directly.
• REMARKS: In case of 100% Silk, recommend to check the print availability due to different print results by the different Yarn Count Numbers.

PRIME TECH Co offers 9 colors as standard but available other colors as order-made supplying.

FASTNESS

Color Fastness is a measure of how permanent a color is on fabric or on printed substrate. Color could be adversely affected by number of factors including exposure to sunlight, to water, to normal washing, to wear and tear, etc and etc. Various tests assess how the color is affected by these parameters and individual value is then established to indicate the degree of color change.

The fastness shown on the table has been evaluated after printing DPP-Inks on a 120g/m2 woven cotton which ready to print with and/or without optical brightener. No any fixation process is required. Just drying is well enough for getting the fixation effect.
